Beyond the B2B Meetings Program, there are dedicated Private Meeting Rooms available for rent for one or both days during the Show. They are located in the TELUS Rooms of the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre. Rooms range in size and are priced according to size and location. The rooms will be listed here soon, with their location, price and availability status. Tables and chairs in each room are included and can be configured to your specifications. Audio/Visual support and Food & Beverage can also be ordered for an additional fee.
